I'm sure other people have figured this out, but I'm posting it for the people who haven't seen it. In Tarot The World card is ruled by Saturn. Saturn is the ruling planet of Capricorn and the Tarot card that rules Capricorn is The Devil. From my perspective that would be an indicator that the devil does indeed rule this world. The devil has Adam and Eve chained to their addictions as a symbol of humanity being trapped here via their addictions. Most of us are trapped here on earth and keep reincarnating. As for the woman in the center of the world. She may be Sophia the Goddess of Wisdom. I could be wrong. I don't know everything. If you've read this I want you to question the world you live in. Seek your own answers and find out the truth, then question that truth.
Side Note: The planets have chakras. Saturn rules over the third eye. The devil blinds us.
